Jack Balaban

President

Jack has over 40 years of HVAC experience across Canada which began in the 1980’s, his product knowledge and customer base has been a cornerstone for EcoFoot. Today, Jack lives in London with his wife and enjoys time spent with his granddaughter and on the golf course.

Matthew Balaban

PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

From building custom putters for the Presidents Cup team, to designing and producing HVAC products, Matthew’s appreciation for fine craftsmanship and ability to cultivate lasting relationships has shaped and guided EcoFoot for over a decade. He is a seasoned owner who began working in his families HVAC distribution business at age 9, now three decades later, EcoFoot has become a trusted name in the industry with a customer base across North America.

Tammy Fazekas

Director, Operations

Tammy oversees all operations and personnel at EcoFoot HQ. With over 20 years of HR & Accounting experience, her vibrant energy and attention to detail are pillars to our leadership team. Outside of work Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to sunny destinations, attending family sporting events, and oversees our security manager; Blu the dog.

Ben Whiteside

Rep Manager

Ben oversees the EcoFoot Dealer network which consists of over 250 locations across Canada & the United States. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University, he held several business development roles before joining EcoFoot in 2023. His ability to cultivate relationships with Engineers, Reps, Wholesalers, and Contractors has been pivotal to the companies growth & success. When he’s not working, he enjoys time spent with his family, and on the golf course.

Bob Reid

Engineering Sales

Bob began his career as an HVAC Engineer in 1982 after graduating from Texas A&M and has since enjoyed a 40 year + career in HVAC sales. He oversees all Duct & Pipe designs at EcoFoot, and continues to play a pivotal role in managing key relationships within our United States Rep network.

Bob lives in Houston with his family, holds active leadership roles within ASHRAE, and enjoys traveling with his wife Kim.

Bob began his career as an HVAC Engineer in the 1990’s after graduating from Texas A&M and has since enjoyed a 30 year + career in HVAC sales. He oversees all Duct & Pipe designs at EcoFoot, and continues to play a pivotal role in managing key relationships within our United States Rep network.

Bob lives in Fort Worth with his family, holds active leadership roles within ASHRAE, and enjoys traveling with his wife Kim.

Ben Wilker

Inventory Controller

Ben oversees all orders and shipments from our EcoFoot HQ in London, Ontario. His attention to detail, process driven approach, and customer knowledge are pivotal to EcoFoots success.

Ben joined EcoFoot in 2022 and now manages the warehouse & production teams. EcoFoots retention rate and lead times remain a cornerstone of our success due to his efforts. When he is not working, Ben enjoys golfing, collecting Scotty Cameron products, and spending time with his family.

Edison Jimenez

Accounting

Edison oversees our accounting processes at EcoFoot. He graduated from Fanshawe College in London with a degree in Finance, his attention to detail act as a backbone to our HQ team.

Edison lives in London with his family, enjoys traveling, and cooking fine cuisine.

Marketing

With a background in video production, 3D animation, and web design, Matthew brings a creative and strategic edge to EcoFoot’s marketing efforts. His expertise has played a key role in shaping EcoFoot’s brand, elevating its visual identity and helping connect with customers through engaging content, impactful storytelling, and innovative digital experiences.
